Note:

Mandatory Conditions for Co-participation :

Applicant should have a valid Registration Certificate of Spices Board.
Applications will be accpeted only if quarterly exports returns are submitted in time.

Selection of Applicants:

Preference will be given for the first time Participants , Spices Exporters from North Eastern Region and SC/ST Exporters.
Applications will be considered State-wise and list will be prepaered on 'first come first served' basis for considering the application based on above mentioned conditions.
Submission of applications does not guarantee allocation of space. Allocation of space is subject to the availability and approval from the Fair Organizing Authorities, wherever, applicable.
The Board will be arranging for co-participation in the Board's stall only. All arrangements related to travel, visa, boarding and lodging, local conveyance and all other expenses shall be borne by the participating exporter.
The Board reserves the right to make necessary changes in the terms and conditions of co participation. The decision of Spices Board regarding the allotment of space and all matters related to the co participation will be final and binding.
