Exporters Registration For the Block Period 2017-2020
As per the Spices Board (Registration of Exporters) Amendment Regulations 2017, the exporters those who are having the valid CRES are required to submit the applications for its renewal on or before 31st March 2018. All exporters are requested to submit their fresh/renewal application through the online system available in the official website of the Board www.indianspices.com
The details of Registration fee* for different categories are given below. Registration fees shall be remitted through NEFT.

General Conditions
1. Submission of Quarterly Export Returns (FormB, B1 & B2) from the year 2014-15 to 2017-18
(upto December) is a prerequisite to consider renewal of the CRES.
2. Outstanding amount towards the analytical charges should be cleared before submitting the application for renewal of CRES, failing which, renewal of Certificate will not be considered
3. If the exporter does not carry on any export business of spices/spice items duing the period in which he holds a valid certificate, the renewal of registration for the next block period will not be considered. However, if the exporter enters into an export contract, they can apply for a fresh CRES with the requisite fee applicable for fresh registration. Such exporter has to mention the Certificate number issued to him earlier in the new application.
4. The Registration as Manufacturer Exporter, the Certificate will be granted based on the inspection of the Manufacturing Unit.

STEPS TO FOLLOW
a] Read the guidelines/instructions given in the 'prerequisites' link in the online registration site
b] CRES fee shall be remitted through NEFT. Keep the remittance details ready for furnishing in the online application form. Registration fee may be made in the CRES Account only in the name of the exporter.
c] Submit application online for CRES renewal and fresh registration
d] Take a system generated print out of the application, sign & seal
e] Refer list of documents to be submitted along with applications. List of required documents is
available in the 'prerequisites' link and also, at the end of the application print out.
f) Forward the physical copy of the application along with the documents to the designated offices of Spices Board . [ Address and contact details of designated Office available in the online site]
