DOMESTIC TRADE FAIRS

Spices Board, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, intends to participate in the following Domestic Trade Fairs for the financial year 2026–27, and is inviting registered spice exporters intended to co-participate in the Board's pavilion (More events will be added to the following list, if the Board decides to participate in additional fairs during the year. Stakeholders are therefore requested to visit the website regularly for updates). .

  1. Registered exporters with valid CRES can apply for participation in domestic trade fairs through the online link http://spicesboard.in:8004/Exporters_FairRegistration.
  2. Note: The Spices Board's participation in all Domestic Trade Fairs is subject to approval of competent authority. Exporters are requested not to make any additional arrangements, such as booking conveyance tickets, hotels, etc., without receiving confirmation from the Spices Board.
  3. Mandatory Conditions for co-participation:
    1. Applicant should have a valid Registration Certificate of Spices Board.
    2. Applications will be accepted only if quarterly export returns are submitted on time.
    3. Applicant should not have any unresolved issue on quality of spices exported.
  4. Selection of Applicants:
    1. Preference will be given to first-time participants, spices exporters from the North Eastern Region, and SC/ST exporters.
    2. Applications will be considered state-wise and the shortlist will be prepared on 'first come first served' basis.
    3. Submission of applications does not guarantee allocation of space. Allocation of space is subject to availability.
    4. The Board reserves the right to make necessary changes in the terms and conditions of co-participation.
    5. The decision of Spices Board regarding the allotment of space and all matters related to co-participation will be final and binding.
  5. Participation Fee:
    1. The details regarding the participation fee will be shared with all applicants in due course, once the procedures for participation in the specific event begin.
    2. Selected exporters will receive a link, to pay the participation fee, via email.
    3. Payments should only be made through the provided link, as payments through any other mode will not be accepted.
