The Spices Board, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, intends to participate in the following International Trade Fairs for the financial year 2025-26 and is inviting registered spice exporters to co-participate in the Board's pavilion. .

  1. Registered exporters with valid CRES can apply for participation in international trade fairs through the online link http://117.239.73.86/onlinelink/Exporters_FairRegistration.php. The list of events in which the Spices Board intends to participate during the FY 2025-26 will be available in the Dropbox. Exporters can select and apply for multiple fairs at a time.
  2. Mandatory Conditions for Co-participation:
    1. Applicant should have a valid Registration Certificate of Spices Board.
    2. Applications will be accepted only if quarterly exports returns are submitted on time.
  3. Selection of Applicants:
    1. Preference will be given for the first time Participants, Spices Exporters from North Eastern Region and SC/ST Exporters.
    2. Applications will be considered State-wise and list will be prepared on 'first come first served' basis.
    3. Submission of applications does not guarantee allocation of space. Allocation of space is subject to the availability.
    4. The Board reserves the right to make necessary changes in the terms and conditions of co participation. The decision of Spices Board regarding the allotment of space and all matters related to the co participation will be final and binding.
  4. The details regarding the participation fee will be shared with all applicants in due course, once the procedures for participation in the specific event begin. Selected exporters will receive a link to pay the participation fee via email. Payments should only be made through the provided link, as payments through any other mode will not be accepted.
  5. NB:The Spices Board's participation in all International Trade Fairs is subject to approval from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. Exporters are requested not to make any additional arrangements, such as booking flight tickets, hotels, etc., without receiving confirmation from the Spices Board.
