Participation of Spices Board in the International Trade Fairs for the FY 2024-25
Spices Board, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India is participating in the following International & Domestic Trade Fairs for the FY 2024-25; and inviting co-participation of registered spice exporters in the Board's pavilion.

- Registered exporters with valid CRES can apply for participation in international & domestic trade fairs through the online link http://117.239.73.86/onlinelink/Exporters_FairRegistration.php The list of events in which the Spices Board intends to participate during the FY 2024-25 will be available in the Dropbox. Exporters can select and apply for multiple fairs at a time.
- Mandatory Conditions for Co-participation:
- Applicant should have a valid Registration Certificate of Spices Board.
- Applications will be accepted only if quarterly exports returns are submitted on time.
- Selection of Applicants:
- Preference will be given for the first time Participants, Spices Exporters from North Eastern Region and SC/ST Exporters.
- Applications will be considered State-wise and list will be prepared on 'first come first served' basis.
- Submission of applications does not guarantee allocation of space. Allocation of space is subject to the availability.
- The Board reserves the right to make necessary changes in the terms and conditions of co participation. The decision of Spices Board regarding the allotment of space and all matters related to the co participation will be final and binding.
- Details about participation fee will be intimated to all the applicants in due course after the commencement of procedures for participation in particular event. Selected exporters will get the link for payment of participation fee through email. The Exporter can make the payment through the particular link. (Payment received through any other mode will not be accepted).
- NB: Participation of Spices Board in all the International Trade Fairs will be subject to approval from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry only. Exporters are requested not to make any additional arrangements viz; booking of flight tickets, hotels etc without getting confirmation from Spices Board.
